If you’re knew here, let me introduce myself. I’m a military wife, a mother to an incredible 1-year-old girl, and a lover of Jesus. I am passionate about all things holistic motherhood: birth, baking, and parenting.

You can often find me baking with sourdough, creating nutrient-dense meals at the stove, or being a nurturing mother to my little one.

My goal here is to empower other moms to creating a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families.
