Sourdough Discard Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
1 stick (8 tbsp) grass-fed butter (room temp)
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup sourdough discard
1 egg
splash of vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
chocolate chips (measured with love)
METHOD:
Cream together your butter and sugar.
Mix in your discard, egg & vanilla until just combined.
Add in the rest of your ingredients except for your chocolate chips and mix until it forms a dough. Don’t over mix!
Fold in your chocolate chips.
Cover and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until you’re ready to bake.
Bake your cookies at 350° for 13 minutes and ENJOY
