Nutrient-Dense & Quick Chili
Something about snow storms that just makes me want to cozy up with a bowl of chili. I know, it’s not pretty to look at but boy does it taste good. Not to mention how full of nutrients it is!
So many ways to get in extra nutrients in a chili. I threw in some organ powder from Perfect Supplements. You can’t even taste it and it boosts the nutritional profile of this dish! Use code FE10 at checkout for savings! Here’s the link.
INGREDIENTS:
ground beef (grass-fed)
a dash of Perfect Supplements organs powder

1/2 cup of bone broth
1/2 red bell pepper
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tomato, diced
1 can of corn
1 can of red kidney beans (or whatever beans you’d like)

2. Sprinkle in your Siete seasoning and mix until it’s completely combined.
3. Add in your onion, garlic, pepper & tomato and cook until softened.
4. Add in your bone broth, beans, and corn and stir until well combined.
