Immune Supporting Gummies

Whewwwww this past week has been sniffles galore. I knew I needed to make something to get our immune systems in tip-top shape with the holidays approaching. Here’s what I came up with…

Honestly, I don’t measure. The measurements in this recipe are purely an estimation.

2 CUPS ORANGE JUICE (organic, freshly squeezed)
A fantastic source of vitamin C, just make sure you’re buying a freshly squeeze & organic juice. We don’t want any added sugar!

3 SCOOPS OF BOVINE GELATIN (grass-fed from Perfect Supplements) {code fe10 for 10% off}

2 TBSP RAW HONEY: this is an amazing source of antioxidants!)

1/2 CUP RAW MILK: multiple studies show that raw milk is correlated with improved immune system function!

A HEFTY DASH OF ACEROLA (from Perfect Supplements) this is a whole food source of vitamin C, straight from acerola cherries. This makes the vitamin C extremely bioavailable for your body to digest!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Add your orange juice to a pan and top with gelatin. Let it bloom for 3-5 minutes.

  • Turn on the stovetop to medium heat and stir. Add in your other ingredients. Heat until everything is well combined & dissolved.

  • Add your concoction to some fun gummy molds or just a basic casserole dish. Let it sit in the fridge until it solidifies (about 3+ hours!)
